The company offers a suite of modular software solutions (under the brand name ‘Umax’) enabling utility companies to manage their entire business processes from meter to payment as a kind of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Utilities Customer Information System (CIS) helping such electricity, gas and water companies in aligning their IT systems with their business processes by offering them a set of modular tools and processes enabling them to support their sales processes, increase their customer contribution margins, reduce lead times and streamline their operations.

Itineris targets both European as well as US utility companies (cf. energy suppliers, water companies, distribution network operators and integrated utility companies) and mainly focuses on the mid-market segment.
