NGData is a Belgium-based company offering customer intelligence software to track customer profiles and behaviour in real time and to enable more targeted client interactions.

They developed a proprietary‘Intelligent Engagement Platform’ (IEP) that allows consumer-oriented organizations to capitalise in real time on the massive amounts of data they generate and store in their systems across different silos (cf. ERP, CRM, social media, etc.) and to enable any user, without data analytics or IT background, to easily and instantly (in real-time) extract enriched data, business intelligence and recommendations from the data in all their systems.

Their platform combines data storage, indexing and search with online, real-time usage tracking, audience analytics and content recommendations. It tracks all usage of data and builds user profiles, giving their customers better analytical insights and recommendations based on all available data in their systems (cf. 360° customer view).
